On this page you'll find the shipping costs and average delivery time. Our shipping rates are listed below as standard shipping costs. For deliveries to Italy you can also choose from different delivery services (express delivery, delivery on appointment or the payment method cash on delivery C.O.D.)


Additional shipping fee for extra-large packages

For some extra-large products (such as matrasses and slatted frames) in ad addition to the standard shipping cost we charge an extra fee for extra-large package. This extra-fee is indicated in the dedicated page of the product and is listed separately in the order summary.

Delivery Time

We aim to process all orders within the next working day from when the order is received.

Unless not otherwise specified in each article, you will receive your order usually within 4-7, and at the latest within 14 working days. This does not apply to payments made by bank transfer - with bank transfer payment the listed shipping days apply from the date of receipt of payment.

For those products for which is indicated a specific start of delivery date, the delivery period begins with that date.

If for any reason some items are not immediately available or delay the promised delivery time, you will be informed by e-mail. In case of non-availability of the ordered products we reserve the right to not deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund already received money immediately.
